We commissioned Kristi Smithson to draw nine full-scale details of specialized exterior cladding attachments. The drawings needed to look like sketches produced by hand, yet at the same time needed to be legible, accurate, consistent and properly labeled. We had attempted to create these details over the years, both in-house and through commissioned artists, but were repeatedly frustrated with any result.
In the end, Kristi delivered the work ahead of schedule, and it was exactly what we had been looking for over the years, both aesthetically and technically. She required little explanation and kept excellent communications throughout. She made revisions almost immediately, and offered great ideas on further promotional images. Her demeanor is very easygoing, yet professional.
We would highly recommend Kristi for this kind of work and anything similar. We have every intention of commissioning more work from her in the future.
